Showcase is a purpose built iPad application that puts your product catalogue in the hands of your employees or customers.
Features
Highly customisable
Showcase for iPad reflects your brand. We will provide you with detailed configuration options and allow you to produce your own graphical assets. You can customise almost everything: from loading screen to “About Us” page.
Automatic Updates
The application automatically updates itself. You can release updates for your catalogue every day if you wish and Showcase will make sure that only the most recent information is displayed.
To top things off there you can even see your products in chronological order, thus making it easier for your users to identify the newest items in your catalogue.
Offline Access
The application only requires an internet connection to download the catalogue. Once a catalogue is available it will only use the internet connection to check for updates.
For sending emails we have decided to allow offline use too. These get saved as drafts and are delivered once an internet connection is established.
Gesture Driven
Pinch to Zoom? Swipe between gallery photos? Yes, the gestures you know an love on an iPad can be used to interact with Showcase.
Fast & Searchable
Image how difficult it must be for a user to find the product they are looking for in a large, paper based, catalogue. Now imagine the frustration that you can avoid by having a digital catalogue that is fully searchable.
In Showcase for iPad results get updated as you type. Usually you don’t need to type more than a couple of characters to find the item you are looking for. And once you found it the keyboard will just get out of your way and let you see more details.

What’s a product without a barcode? Showcase for iPad supports barcodes and makes it very easy to place orders!
Share with friends or business partners? The application makes it dead-easy to send an email to whoever you please and makes sure all the important information gets included. Showcase will even attach photos for you!

Set-up Prerequisites
Exporting your catalogue to Showcase is easy. Whether your stock management is done in Excel or in a relational database we should be able to provide you with simple, straight forward instructions on how to export your data into our system.
Branding
Showcase for iPad is highly customisable and we will work closely with your chosen designers to ensure that you are happy with the way your brand is represented. You can change font colors, brand images, backgrounds and more…
How does Showcase work?
Showcase works in three simple steps:
- Export your catalogue. Almost always this is an automatic process.
- Upload catalogue to our servers (running on Google’s infrastructure). This too is typically an automatic process.
- Run the application.
